How we work

## What working here *looks like*

01

### Room to grow into

Take on as much responsibility as you're ready for, with experienced colleagues alongside you.

02

### Two regions, one team

Work from the US or South Africa, alongside colleagues in both. Remote by default, together when it matters.

03

### Keep learning

We support ongoing training and certification across the platforms we deliver on.

04

### Live platform access

VMG runs on SAP Cloud ERP, and you get hands-on experience with the live platform.

Life at VMG

## Velocity *Made Good*

VMG stands for Velocity Made Good, the sailing term for the course that actually reaches the destination first. Not the straightest line or the fastest boat, just the route that works. It's how we approach client work, and how we run the team.

### Clear direction, open to change

We have a firm view on the best route and adjust when conditions change. We invest in people as much as in tools.

### Judged on outcomes

Progress is measured by the difference our work makes for clients, not hours logged.

### Flexible by default

Where you work matters less than what you deliver. A distributed team is a strength.

### Goals that line up

Your goals, your team's and the company's point the same way, toward the client's.

### How the team functions

### Diverse Team & Skills

Functional consultants, solution architects, data architects, business analysts, designers, and the supporting HR, finance and resourcing teams, all active in project delivery.

### Our Offices

We are a remote-first company, but where we have critical mass we open office environments where the team can meet. Where it makes sense we co-locate with partners, especially early in a program.
