At VMG Labs we offer access to leading training courses and books to help the team deliver value to our customers. This combined with a learning culture, certificate preparation, great offices and access to test systems creates an environment for accelerated learning and delivery. ![Untitled design](https://vmglabs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Untitled%20design.png?width=469&height=469&name=Untitled%20design.png) ### The Cost of Not Investing in Education #### For Our Team: - Certifications become a financial burden and a high opportunity cost. - Skills gaps develop between projects - Career (and earnings) progression stalls - Market value decreases as technology evolves #### For Our Customers: - Projects staffed with outdated expertise - Longer onboarding times for newer technologies - Higher risk of implementation issues due to knowledge gaps - Dependence on external training or subject matter experts at critical We've seen many talented SAP professionals become obsolete, not because they lack capability, but because they lack access and time to learn new technologies. Client projects struggle because contractors were learning on the job rather than arriving prepared. #### What our Employees get access to ![tools\_available-1](https://vmglabs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/tools_available-1.png?width=382&height=191&name=tools_available-1.png) Every VMG Labs contractor receives access to: - **O'Reilly Online Learning**: The library includes SAP Press books, covering everything from S/4HANA implementation guides to SAP Fiori development - **Skillsoft**: Complete courses on SAP modules, plus hands-on labs for practical experience #### Why This Investment Makes Sense In the SAP ecosystem, expertise is everything. Contractors deserve employers who invest in their future. Because our clients deserve contractors who arrive prepared and stay current. We believe that when you invest in people's growth, everybody wins. #### Our content picks (that you get access to): ![books-courses-etc-1](https://vmglabs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/books-courses-etc-1.png?width=606&height=303&name=books-courses-etc-1.png) - Product Cost Controlling (Skillsoft via SAP Press) - Generative AI with SAP and Amazon Bedrock (O'Reilly via Apress) - Data Migration Management for SAP S/4HANA (O'Reilly via Apress) - SAP S/4HANA an Introduction (Skillsoft via SAP Press) - SAP Build Process Automation (Skillsoft via SAP Press) - Security and Authorization for SAP BTP (Skillsoft via SAP Press) Will you join us?
